A Parenting Programme for Muslim Mothers Who Want to Raise Emotionally Healthy, Spiritually Grounded Children
Do you ever feel like you’re shouting all day just to get your children to listen? Do you notice yourself repeating parenting patterns you promised you would break? Have you read books, watched videos, or taken courses, yet still struggle to put the teachings into practice?
Are you worried about raising children who are emotionally healthy, confident, and spiritually connected in today’s world?
Parenting is one of the greatest responsibilities Allah has entrusted us with, yet most of us enter it completely unprepared, overwhelmed, and with very little support.
That’s exactly why Mindful Mums was created.
Programme Purpose
Mindful Mums is an online membership programme dedicated to supporting Muslim mothers who want to parent with wisdom, compassion, psychological understanding, and Islamic grounding.
It is designed to:
- teach you the most up-to-date, evidence-based parenting tools,
- integrate Islamic principles and Quranic reflections,
- and provide ongoing support for the real, everyday challenges you face as a mum.
My mission is simple: To help you become a more mindful, calm, connected, and spiritually conscious mother, without guilt, overwhelm, or confusion.
How Does It Work?
Weekly live sessions (term-time only) Every Thursday at 9:45 am UK time on Zoom.
Alternating format
- Teaching Week: A focused lesson on a chosen parenting topic.
- Coaching Week: A live Q&A session where you can share challenges and receive personalised guidance.
Community-led topics Nothing is taboo — the mums in the group help choose the topics so the programme always meets your needs.
Session length 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes.
Replays included All sessions are recorded and shared privately for members only. You can catch up anytime and rewatch sessions whenever you need reminders.
What Happens In Each Session
Every session includes:
1- Qur’an Recitation & Reflection
We begin with reading one side of the Holy Qur’an to centre our hearts and minds in a spiritual, peaceful way. We reflect (tadabur) on the verses we have read on how they relate to us in our life now. This is a great opportunity to engage with the Holy Quran in a deeper and insightful way.
2- The Main Session
Either:
- a teaching session with structured learning, or
- a coaching/Q&A session where you can ask questions and share real-life struggles.
3- Mindful Breathing or Guided Meditation
We end with a short grounding practice to reconnect with our bodies, hearts, and intentions.
Who Is Mindful Mums For?
Mindful Mums is for all mothers and caregivers who are passionate about raising their children in a mindful, Islamically grounded, and psychologically informed way.
Whether you are a mum of:
- toddlers,
- school-age children,
- teenagers, or
- even young adults,
you will find guidance, tools, and a supportive community that understands your journey.
This space is designed for mothers who want to:
- parent with more calm and connection,
- break old patterns and unhelpful habits,
- understand their children’s emotional and psychological needs,
- raise spiritually conscious and confident children,
- and grow into the best version of themselves, for their families and most importantly for Allah.
Mindful Mums is also a beautiful community where mums support other mums. You will have the opportunity to give back to this beautiful community.
It’s a safe, uplifting environment where you can learn, ask questions, share your challenges, and feel truly understood.
Membership Expectations
As a Mindful Mums member, you’ll be joining a safe, compassionate, and supportive community.
To maintain this environment, we uphold three essential principles:
- Respect for All
Our mums come from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We maintain a kind, non-judgmental, and uplifting space for everyone. - Confidentiality
Personal stories, challenges, and discussions stay within the group. This is a trust-based space where mothers can speak freely. - No Sharing of Replays
Video links are private and strictly for members only. This protects the confidentiality and comfort of all participants.
Investment
I am committed to keeping Mindful Mums affordable and accessible for all mothers who value conscious, faith-aligned parenting.
Membership: £30 per month Payment is due at the beginning of each month.
No payment in August as the programme pauses for the full month.
Please note: Some months may include 4–5 sessions, others only 2 (e.g., Christmas or Easter breaks). The costs are divided into the 11 months we run and so the payment remains the same.
If you ever wish to pause or end your membership, just send me a message one month in advance.

I offer 1 month free membership to all new mothers (even if it’s not your first child). Please claim within 3 months of birth.
